These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth travel experience for everyone in our community.
By booking or travelling with us, you agree to these Terms—written with care for our beloved Indian travellers, explorers, and dreamers.
Part A – Using Our Platform & Services
🌍 1. Who Can Travel With Us
– Anyone 18+ years old can book directly. Minors are welcome too, provided they travel with a guardian/parent who takes responsibility.
– By booking on behalf of others, you confirm you have their consent.
📱 2. Website, Content & Community
– All itineraries, photos, and designs on our website/socials belong to Aawara Adventures. Feel free to get inspired, but don’t copy or misuse without permission.
– Our platforms are for genuine travel use only—no spamming, fraud, or harmful activity.
📧 3. Communication
– Once you book, we’ll connect with you via email, WhatsApp, SMS, or calls for all updates.
– By reaching out to us, you agree to receive essential trip communications (and sometimes fun travel updates if you’ve opted in 😉).
Part B – Travel & Booking Essentials
🧾 4. Booking Process
– Bookings are confirmed only after required details and payments are received.
– A written confirmation or voucher from us = your seat is locked in!
– Until then, all quotes (price, availability) are tentative.
💳 5. Payments
– Advance and balance payments must follow the timelines shared at booking.
– If payments are delayed, bookings may be released without notice.
– Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless mentioned otherwise.
🔄 6. Cancellations & Changes (By You)
– Plans change—we get it. Cancellations should be made in writing.
– Refunds/credit depend on how close to departure you cancel, and on vendor rules (like flights, visas, permits, etc. which may be non-refundable).
– Changes to itineraries/dates are subject to availability and additional costs.
🌦️ 7. Cancellations & Changes (By Us)
– Sometimes weather, government policies, or vendor issues force us to adapt. If so, we’ll provide alternatives or credit notes.
– In rare cases of full cancellation, we’ll refund the land package (after deducting non-recoverable vendor costs).
👣 8. During the Trip
– Itineraries may be tweaked for safety, comfort, or local conditions.
– Respect local culture, laws, and fellow travellers—after all, we’re one community.
– Any misconduct, unsafe behaviour, or breaking group rules may lead to removal without refunds.
🛡️ 9. Liability & Insurance
– We are curators and facilitators. Hotels, airlines, transport operators, guides are independent partners.
– We are not liable for delays, injury, loss of belongings, or force majeure events.
– Our responsibility is limited to the cost of the land package/service booked.
– We strongly recommend travel insurance for your safety (medical, cancellation, baggage).
🎒 10. Your Responsibility
– Carry valid ID, travel documents, and keep your belongings safe.
– Inform us in advance about medical conditions, allergies, or special needs.
– Ensure you’re fit for the activities in your chosen trip.
Part C – Legal & Community Commitments
💰 11. Refunds & Credit Notes
– Refunds/credits are processed within timelines after vendor deductions.
– Credit notes can be redeemed for future trips as per specified validity.
⚖️ 12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
– These Terms follow Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act and other relevant rules.
– Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.
📜 13. The Whole Agreement
– These Terms, plus your confirmed itinerary & invoice, are the complete agreement.
– Anything not mentioned in writing here doesn’t apply.
